The EZ LYNK Duramax package delivers a streamlined, cloud-connected solution for tuning and diagnostics on 2007.5–2023 GM Duramax trucks. Through the Ez Lynk, you can manage performance, monitor data and receive technician support remotely—no cables required.
How the EZ LYNK Duramax Package Works
The Auto Agent 3 connects to your truck’s OBD2 port and links with the EZ LYNK app, giving your technician direct access for updates, troubleshooting and tune delivery via Wi-Fi.
Important for 2017–2023 L5P Owners
These model years use Switch-On-The-Fly (SOTF) tuning controlled directly through your factory steering-wheel buttons. Because switching is handled electronically by the truck, no external switch is required or included—resulting in a cleaner, factory-style setup with full functionality.
NOTE: Tuning does not support PTO units.

4. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

If you receive damaged items, incomplete orders, or suspect issues, take these stepsimmediately:
- Clearly note the damage/missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Retain your copy of the delivery receipt.

For Lost Shipments
In rare cases of lost shipments, we work directly with the carrier to locate your items. Carrier dock checks typically take2–7 business days. If found, delivery will proceed; if deemed lost, we will collaborate with you to find a satisfactory resolution (e.g., replacement or refund).

- Transit Time: Most items ship from U.S. warehouses, with common carrier delivery taking 1–10 business days (ground shipping typically 7–10 business days). Items from manufacturers or international locations may have longer transit times.
