We shipping from our facilities in the United States to provide the fastest possible transit times.

Ensuring a Smooth Delivery
To avoid delays or additional surcharges, please keep the following in mind:

Address Accuracy: Double-check your zip code and suite/apartment numbers.

Residential vs. Business: Addresses are classified by carrier databases. If you run a shop from a residential zone, residential delivery fees may apply.

Phone Number Required: Carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) often need to call you to coordinate delivery. Please provide a valid mobile number.

Partial Shipments: To get your parts to you faster, we may ship items separately as they become available. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
We partner with premium carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon Logistics), but accidents can happen.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged:

Note the Damage: Mention any visible box damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Document: Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged parts.

Report Quickly: Contact service@DieselPerf.com within 2 business days.

Keep Packaging: Do not throw away the box or packing materials, as the carrier may need to inspect them for the insurance claim.
If Your Package is Lost:
If your tracking stops updating, contact us immediately. We will initiate a "Carrier Dock Check," which usually takes 2–7 business days. If the item cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
International Shipping & Customs
For our customers in Canada and overseas, please note:

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes and brokerage fees depending on local regulations.

Pre-paid Options: Some shipping channels allow for pre-paid duties at checkout to speed up the customs process.

Delivery Variables: While we aim for 10 business days, international transit can be affected by local customs clearance speeds.
Holiday & Force Majeure Notice
Our warehouses and carriers observe major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving). Please allow additional lead time during these periods. Additionally, extreme weather or global disruptions may occasionally extend transit times beyond our standard estimates.
