FAQs

Absolutely. Every kit comes with everything you need: sealing plate, ventilation hose, clamps, mounting bracket, dedicated fasteners, and an optional oil collection tank. No extra trips to the parts store required.

No retune is required. Our CCV/PCV kits are designed to be factory-compatible, working directly with popular engines like the 6.7 Powerstroke and 6.7 Cummins right out of the box. For maximum performance gains, pairing with a custom ECU tune is always an option.

Not required for operation, but highly recommended for street-driven trucks. An oil-gas separator ensures cleaner oil and gas collection, keeping your system running at its best.

CCV Delete: Removes the entire factory CCV piping.

CCV Reroute: Redirects crankcase oil and gas to another location (typically the exhaust system). Both methods achieve the same core goal: keeping oil and blow-by gases out of your intake system.

On average, we recommend emptying the reservoir every 3,000–5,000 miles, which typically collects 3–6 ounces of oil. Towing, heavy hauling, or modified vehicles may require more frequent checks and emptying.

Most of our delete kits are designed for off-road use only. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with all local emissions regulations before installation on a public road.

For most engines like the 6.0 and 7.3 Powerstroke, installation is straightforward with basic hand tools.

For more complex models (e.g., 6.4 Powerstroke), we recommend professional installation or prior mechanical experience to ensure proper fit and function.
