How Dealer Tiers Work
Your dealer level is based on your total qualified DieselPerf purchases during the current calendar year.
When your cumulative annual purchases reach the next tier, your account becomes eligible for the higher dealer discount on subsequent qualified orders.
Dealer purchase volume is calculated from January 1 through December 31 each year.
All annual purchase totals reset on January 1.
At the beginning of each new calendar year, approved dealer accounts restart at the standard 20% Dealer Tier and can qualify for higher discount levels again based on purchases made during that year.
Dealer discounts cannot be combined with public promotional codes, retail coupons, or other discounts unless otherwise stated by DieselPerf.

Dealer Program Guidelines
To maintain a fair and sustainable dealer network, DieselPerf dealer accounts are intended for approved businesses and are subject to ongoing account review.
Dealer pricing is provided exclusively for approved dealer accounts and may not be transferred or shared with unauthorized parties.
Annual dealer discount levels are determined by qualified purchases made during the applicable calendar year.
Cancelled orders, refunded orders, returned products, taxes, shipping charges, and other non-product charges may be excluded from annual qualified purchase calculations.
Dealer discounts and public retail promotional codes cannot be combined unless specifically authorized by DieselPerf.
DieselPerf reserves the right to review dealer eligibility, purchasing activity, sales practices, and account status.
Additional terms may apply to high-volume purchases, special orders, marketplace sales, dropshipping arrangements, credit terms, and other dealer-specific programs.
Product Compliance & Responsible Resale
Some DieselPerf products are intended exclusively for off-road, closed-course racing, competition, or other legally permitted applications and may not comply with emissions requirements for vehicles operated on public roads.
Authorized dealers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when purchasing, installing, advertising, or reselling DieselPerf products.
Dealers must not represent restricted products as legal for public-road use where such use is prohibited.
Product-specific restrictions and usage requirements should always be reviewed before purchase, installation, or resale.
