Return Eligibility Requirements: Returned goods must remain in original unused and intact condition, along with complete original packaging, matched accessories, user manuals and all complimentary gifts in flawless status. Goods with scratches, wear and tear or missing accessories are not qualified for full refund.

Return Shipping Fee: Customers shall bear all expenses incurred for return delivery.

Refund Standard: Original shipping fees paid during order placement are non-refundable, and the refund amount only covers the merchandise price.

Quality Problem Returns & Exchanges


If you receive damaged goods, wrong items or products with factory defects, you can apply for full refund or free exchange, and Dieselperf will cover all return shipping costs. Please follow the below rules to contact us:

  • In-transit Damage: Notify us via service@dieselperf.com within 72 hours after receiving goods, and provide your order number as well as clear photos or videos proving damaged products and outer packages.
  • Wrong Item Delivery: Contact our customer service email within 7 days upon receipt if you get items inconsistent with your order.
  • Factory Defects: Products with manufacturing flaws found within 14 days after delivery support free return and exchange. For faults discovered beyond 14 days, please refer to our 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy.

Standard Return & Exchange Process

Once approved, we will issue official return authorization and detailed shipping guidelines including designated return address. Please do not send back goods without prior confirmation, otherwise your return parcel may be rejected and unprocessed.
  3. Send Back Goods: Reinforce package to avoid secondary damage during transit, and we strongly suggest choosing logistics service with tracking number.
  4. Goods Inspection & Follow-up Processing: Our professional team will complete goods inspection within 2-4 working days after receiving returned parcels. After inspection passed, we will proceed with your refund or exchange arrangement.

Refund Regulations


  • Refund Processing Period: Refund will be initiated within 24 hours once your return application is fully confirmed.
  • Refund Channel: All refunds will be returned via the original payment method you used for checkout.
  • Liability Restriction: The maximum refund amount shall not exceed the actual payment amount of your original order. Warranty Policy


Dieselperf provides a 1-year limited warranty for all products, valid from the official goods delivery date, covering all defects caused by defective raw materials and unqualified craftsmanship.

Warranty Coverage Scope


This warranty applies to product functional failures caused by factory defects under normal installation and proper usage. The warranty right is non-transferable and only available for original buyers. Valid purchase proof including order number or purchase receipt is mandatory for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusion Terms


The 1-year limited warranty does not cover the following situations:

  1. Natural aging and normal wear and tear as well as surface cosmetic damage;

  2. Professional Review: Our technical support team will verify your claim information, and may ask for supplementary details or require product return for further professional inspection.
  3. Final Solution: After warranty claim approval, Dieselperf has the sole right to adopt one of the following solutions:

    a. Provide professional repair service for defective products;

    b. Replace with brand-new qualified products;

    c. Deliver matched replacement accessories to fix existing faults.
