Ordering & Cart Management
How do I place an order?

Add to Cart: Select your performance parts and click "Add to Cart."

Checkout: Click the "Check Out" or "Buy with PayPal" button.

Customer Info: Enter your Email, Name, and Shipping Address.

Apply Discounts: Enter your valid promo code in the "Discount" field on the right and click "Apply."

Shipping & Payment: Select your shipping method, enter payment details, and click "Complete Order." You will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation and an email receipt.
Can I change or remove items in my cart?
Yes. Click the Cart Icon at the top right of the page.

To Change Quantity: Type the new number in the "Quantity" field; the price will update automatically.

To Remove: Click the "Remove" link under the quantity listing for that item.
I need to change my order or shipping address. What should I do?
Amendments to orders or addresses are allowed until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please email service@dieselperf.com immediately to request changes.
Shipping & Tracking
When will my order arrive?

Processing: All orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days.

Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Note: Delays may occur due to Customs inspections or carrier service disruptions.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, we will email you a Tracking Number. You can track your package 24/7 at www.17track.net.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders and Standard Shipping for others. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total value of the commodities purchased.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Absolutely. You can specify a different shipping address during the checkout process.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal. We are working to integrate more credit/debit card options and installment plans in the near future to improve your shopping experience.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Our store uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, the industry standard for protecting sensitive data. Your personal and payment information is encrypted during transmission and kept strictly confidential. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

What if my order is missing items or contains incorrect products?
We apologize for the error! Please contact service@dieselperf.com with your Order Number and a photo of what you received (file size under 1MB).
