Description

Unlock your 2011-2019 6.7 Powerstroke true potential with this high-performance DPF delete pipe. Our precision-engineered solution eliminates restrictive factory filters, dramatically reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) while improving turbo spool-up and throttle response. The mandrel-bent construction ensures maximum flow efficiency, helping your diesel breathe easier. Perfect for off-road enthusiasts seeking better power delivery and reduced maintenance hassles.

Specification

Exhaust Material T-409 Stainless Steel, it is magnetic.
Thickness 2mm thick for long-lasting durability and heat resistance.
Inlet Diameter  4.0"
mandrel-bent construction Maximum flow efficiency, helping your diesel breathe easier

Benefits

Expect to see a significant increase in fuel mileage. If your DPF is plugged up your probably averaging about 13-14 mpg. More or less depending on the severity of the restriction. After deleting the DPF/CAT expect to get a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg.

  • It removes the need to service the DPF at regular intervals (cleaning, replacement)
  • A DPF delete will remove the possibility of a DPF failure which could cause expensive diesel repairs
  • Due to less exhaust backpressure, the DPF delete increases exhaust flow and therefore increases the performance of your motor!
  • Paired with an ECU remap, the DPF delete is proven to increase power and torque for all vehicles

Installation

Install takes about 1hr with basic hand tools done on the ground of your driveway or garage. Quicker if you have automotive style lift. Cutting may be be required to fit shorter wheelbase bed/cab configurations. Clamps, hangers and hardware are included. You may have to re-use some factory hardware.
Tuner Required: Removal of the DPF, CAT, SCR, and/or DOC involves removing and eliminating emission related sensors. A DPF delete capable tuner is required to prevent any check engine light or diagnostic trouble codes from setting.

Fitment

    2011-2019 Ford f-250 f-350 f-450 SuperDuty 6.7 Powerstroke Diesel.

Please note that cab & chassis trucks often have different requirements than standard pickup trucks.  If you have a cab & chassis truck, there may be a more specific kit available for your application.  If unsure of your fitment, please email before ordering.

    FAQ

Q1: Does installation require cutting the factory exhaust?
A1: Yes, the stock downpipe must be cut at a marked location, but our clamp-on/flange design allows for reversible modification.

Q2: Will this trigger a check engine light?
A2: A downpipe-back-only installation won’t cause fault codes. However, removing emissions equipment (DPF/SCR) requires ECU tuning.

Q3: How does it affect performance and fuel economy?
A3: Reduces exhaust backpressure by 15-20%, improving turbo spool and throttle response. Highway fuel efficiency may increase by 0.5-1L/100km with conservative driving.

Q4: Will the exhaust be significantly louder?
A4: Muffled versions maintain a deep but street-legal tone; straight-pipe variants are race-oriented (check local noise ordinances).

Q5: Is the stainless steel corrosion-resistant?
A5: Constructed from T409 stainless steel, offering better rust resistance than OEM. Coastal climates should inspect welds annually.

Q6: Will this pass emissions testing?
A6: Downpipe-back systems with factory cats comply in most regions. DPF/SCR deletion is for off-road use only.

    Q7: Why choose 4" over 5" piping?
A7: 4" optimizes flow for stock turbos (<600HP builds); 5" suits high-HP applications with larger turbochargers.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is a delete tuner?

A delete tuner is a device that reprograms yourtruck's ECM (computer) to turn off emissionssystems like the DPF, EGR, and DEF, allowing yourtruck to run without those components

Can l use a delete tuner withoutphysically removing TheDPF/DEF/EGR parts?

You MUST remove your DPF(Diesel ParticulateFilter), as the filter will clog and stop all exhaust flowwhen shut off. You will no longer need DEF(DieselExhaust Fluid), and you may remove your DEF tankif you wish, or it can sit empty. The EGR may remainas is, but we recommend removing the physicalparts as well.

Is a Delete Tune bad for mytruck's engine?

Quite the opposite. In fact, many customers reportimproved engine life, smoother shifting, and betterfuel economy (typically 3-5 MPG gains) when usinga quality delete tuner.

What's the difference between adelete tuner and a delete tune?

The tuner is the hardware device. The tune is thesoftware file that gets uploaded to your truck's ECM.Your delete tuner includes a delete tune when youpurchase from us.

Do delete tuners void my warranty?

Yes. Any emissions-related modification, includingtuning, can void the manufacturer's warranty. Manycustomers wait until after their warranty expiresbefore deleting.

Do l need a mechanic to install thetuner? How long does installationtake?

Not necessarily. Many of our customers install their delete tuner themselves in under 30 minutes. We include easy-to-follow instructions, and our support team is available if you need help.

Will my truck pass inspection oremissions testing with a deletetuner?

No. Delete tuners disable emissions systems, so your truck will not pass emissions tests in areas where they're required. Some states have exemptions (e.g. heavy-duty or rural-use trucks).

Can l go back to stock afterinstalling a delete tuner?

Yes. However, in most cases you will have to have the ECM flashed at the dealership. If this is a concern, contact our team and we can explain further.

    Is the delete tune VlN-locked?

Yes. All delete tunes are VIN specific and will only work on one truck. The tuner (hardware device), may be used on multiple vehicles for diagnostic or monitoring purposes where applicable.

What support do l get with my tuner?

We offer lifetime customer support, step-by-step install guides, and remote help from our tuning team. You're never left hanging, even after the sale.
