PHASE 1: DISASSEMBLY & OEM REMOVAL
Step 1: Exhaust System Detachment Begin the disassembly of the OEM exhaust system at the factory downpipe. Unscrew the primary flange connection and loosen the heavy-duty clamp located at the rear of the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) assembly.
Step 2: DPF Extraction

Disconnect all EGT sensors, pressure lines, and auxiliary connections from the DPF unit. Secure the vehicle’s sensor harnesses safely to the chassis frame to prevent heat damage.

Lubricate the metal hangers with a silicone-based spray or WD-40, then extract them from the OEM rubber isolators.

Carefully remove the factory DPF unit from the vehicle.
PHASE 2: COMPONENT INSTALLATION
Step 3: Primary Delete Pipe Placement Align the #1 Delete Pipe with the flanged outlet of the factory downpipe. Secure the flange connection loosely with the hardware to allow for later system adjustment.
Step 4: Intermediate Pipe Integration Install the #2 Pipe into the assembly:

Insert the integrated metal hanger into the corresponding OEM rubber isolator mount.

Align the rear flange of Pipe #1 with the front flange of Pipe #2 and secure them using the provided high-grade bolts. Leave the hardware finger-tight at this stage.
PHASE 3: FINAL ALIGNMENT & TORQUE
Step 5: System Calibration & Securing With the system loosely assembled, perform a final visual inspection to ensure proper clearance from the frame, suspension, and electrical cables.

Adjust the pipe alignment to achieve a level, professional appearance and optimal chassis clearance.

Torque Sequence: Tighten all flanges and clamps evenly, starting from the front flange connection and proceeding systematically to the rear.
POST-INSTALLATION ADVISORY

ECM Tuning: This hardware modification requires a compatible Electronic Calibration (Race Tune) to disable the factory emissions logic. Failure to update the software will cause the vehicle to enter "Limp Mode."

Maintenance: Re-torque all hardware and check for exhaust leaks after the first 50–100 miles of driving to account for thermal expansion and material settling.
