4" & 5" DPF Delete Pipe for 2011-2025 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke

Unlock the full potential of your Ford F-250, F-350, or F-450 with our premium DPF Delete Pipe, specifically designed for the 2011-2025 6.7L Powerstroke diesel. The factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is the primary bottleneck in your exhaust system, leading to increased backpressure, frequent "regen" cycles, and compromised fuel economy.

By upgrading to our high-flow T-409 Stainless Steel delete pipe, you eliminate restrictive factory emissions filters. This results in cooler operating temperatures, faster turbo spool-up, and significant gains in fuel efficiency—essential for heavy towing and long-haul reliability.

Key Performance Benefits

  • Substantial Fuel Economy Gains: Most 6.7L Powerstroke owners see an increase from 13–14 MPG up to 18–19 MPG combined after deleting the DPF, reflecting a real-world fuel saving of approximately 5-10%.

  • Quicker Turbo Spool-Up: Removing the exhaust bottleneck allows the turbocharger to spool faster, delivering smoother throttle response and more immediate low-end torque.

  • Lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT): By reducing backpressure, heat is pulled away from the engine more effectively, protecting your engine’s internal components during heavy-duty hauling.

  • T-409 Stainless Steel Durability: Built with industrial-grade, 2mm thick T-409 stainless steel, offering superior heat resistance and long-term durability compared to standard aluminized steel.

  • Eliminate Costly Maintenance: Stop worrying about DPF clogging, sensor failures, or the high costs associated with factory emissions system repairs and replacements.

  • Simplified Engine Profile: Removing the DPF, CAT, SCR, and DOC components creates a cleaner exhaust path and simplifies the overall maintenance of your truck.

Installation & System Requirements

  • Ease of Install: Estimated install time is approximately 1 hour with basic hand tools.

  • Fitment Notes: Designed for Pickup models only. Does not fit Cab & Chassis configurations. Short-bed trucks may require minor trimming of the pipe for a precision fit.

  • Tuner Mandatory: A DPF-Delete capable tuner is required. Removing emissions components without a tuner will cause the truck to enter "Limp Mode" and trigger diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

  • Hardware Included: The kit includes all necessary clamps and hangers. Some factory hardware may be reused for a secure installation.

Why Upgrade Your 6.7L Powerstroke?

The 6.7L Powerstroke is a powerhouse of modern diesel engineering, but the factory emissions system is its Achilles' heel. Our 4" and 5" Delete Pipes are the most cost-effective way to "bulletproof" your exhaust system. By combining mandrel-bent curves with premium T-409 stainless steel, we provide a product that fits perfectly and is built to last the lifetime of your truck.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Will the 5" pipe offer more gains than the 4" pipe?

A: The 5" pipe is ideal for high-horsepower builds and provides a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note. For stock or mildly tuned trucks, both diameters offer significant MPG and EGT improvements.

Q: Is T-409 better than aluminized steel?

A: Yes. T-409 stainless steel contains chromium, providing excellent resistance to the high-heat, high-soot environment of diesel exhaust. It will develop a surface patina over time but will not rust through like aluminized pipe.

Q: Does this kit fit the 2025 models?

A: Yes, our kit is updated for the latest 2024–2025 6.7L Powerstroke pickup configurations. Always ensure you have a compatible tuner ready before starting the installation.
